Members accounts must be over at least 1 year old!! We say this for a reason, this is just the basic requirements to becoming an admin, to prove that you know your way around on Deviantart, know how to use it's features and have an understanding of how things work on Deviantart.

Every admin is required to show respect to every member, no matter what the situation and deal with things in a fair and mature manner. Failure to do so will instantly demote you as an admin and loss of all your admin privileges. 

Within Mythika's admin role system, we have a hierarchy. You as an admin are required to follow this hierarchy system. When you are first hired, you will become a trial admin. You will need to report to the admins and work with them to review and approve requests. You must never approve anything until the admins have checked things over along with you and approved what you have said or stated what needs to be added within your comments of approval / corrections.

You will not be able to claim any of the admin benefits until you have become a full fledged admin.

You must never undertake any issues without guidance of the head admins. If someone comes to you with an issue, you must pass the message onto the head admin. The head admin's can decide to check over the situation or to pass it onto the owner, who will deal with the situation. Remember that the owner does check comments and can interfere with approvals at anytime and can completely change your overview at any point in time. Members will then need to follow what the owner states.

You are not required to have discord, however it does help for interactions and keeping up to date on everything that goes on and keeping in touch with your fellow admin team.

As trial admins, if you are in need of help, just like other members of the group you can either chat within the admin chat channels or you can make a ticket to discuss with the admins within your role.

Do be aware that the admins of Mythika have more say in you being promoted to admin rank than the owner does as your team works along side you more than you will work with the owner. The owner does work over all areas of Mythika whilst head admins and admins work alongside you. If they feel that you are not capable of handling admin role and completing your tasks, the head admin will notify the owner and you will be demoted. To stay as admin, you will need to work hard and put a lot of effort into your role, work as a team with others within your role and most of all, be respectful and treat all members equally and fairly.

Each role has thier own set of requirements and instructions that you will need to follow. This information will be provided once the role opens up.

As admin, you are not allowed to role your own approvals, if you are caught doing so, you will receive not only an instant demotion, but also all your approvals will need to be done by the owner or co-owner, never any admins.
